When will my card be shipped?
Printed greeting card orders are processed within 24 hours and will be dropped off at the post office either same day or next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be dropped off at the post office on Monday morning. Why does my tracking status stay at “pre-transit”?
Why do you use plastic sleeve for the greeting card?
We use a card sleeve that is derived from plant-based PLA that is certified compostable so as to protect the greeting card during transit. The card sleeve will protect the greeting card in case rain etc causes the rigid paper packaging to become wet.

Why does my tracking status stay at “pre-transit”?
Please allow one business day for tracking to go live in the USPS (United States Postal Service) tracking system. However, some tracking may remain at pre-transit, even after shipment has been received by USPS. This means that the shipment missed its initial scan by USPS. Tracking may kick in along its route or when shipment has been delivered or delivery attempt has been made. If you prefer UPS or FedEx shipping instead, please message us before placing an order.
